Mrs. Wagoner is All American Youth Programs Office Manager and Payroll personnel. She handles all coordination of Payroll for the employees, timesheets, and rosters. She also takes all incoming calls and emails, as well as designing our Logo's and Flyers.

Mrs. Wagoner also has quit the extensive background in Art. She teaches the Art at the Woodlawn Community Center on Saturday mornings in North Wilkesboro.
